I got fed up with washing dishes and purchased a Danby Countertop Dishwasher I've been watching van.forsale and craigslist for a while, but the prices are usually around $140 (Its $189 USD new on Walmart.com). I finally found one on buysell.com and it was only $60 (only paid $50). Dayna and I both hate doing dishes, and as a result dishes tended to pile up. Without a double sink to rinse the dishes, its a pain. If you have an appartment with a small kitchen I'd highly recommend picking one up. It looks like a tall microwave, and holds 4 full place settings, and doesn't use a lot of water or detergent.
